Seasons of adventure, soaking in the magic of light as it illuminates our mountains and reveals layers of hues within the landscape, manifest themselves in Claude Boocock’s work. Her organic rendition of life forms is oozing brightly in acrylics and alcohol inks.
Over the years, Claude’s spontaneous exploration has led her to create with a variety of mediums: pastels, oil, mixed media, encaustics, and a sculptural period, transforming recycled objects into decorative three-dimensional forms with a mosaic finish.
Claude Boocock currently exhibits at the Jasper Art Gallery and Fiddle River Restaurant in Jasper, Alberta.
She works from her home studio. For viewings contact her through her website, www.cboocock.com.
